"Purchased tickets for my family"
I arranged tickets for me, my partner, and her folks along with her sister. The return flights weren’t getting confirmed by the airline, but the customer service reps I chatted with were fantastic! Shoutout to Kevin! Still, it was a bummer that to keep the same flights, I had to fork out an extra £210 since my other choices were just a full refund.

"Avoid this service. Go direct."
I made an online reservation with this company for my elderly mother. The airline made some changes to the flights, but getting a response from the agent handling my booking was a real struggle, all because of their indifference. She delayed things so much that my mum couldn't get the required vaccination documents on time and ended up being marked as a no-show. Carlton offered zero assistance. I won't be using them again. Just a terrible experience, in my view.

"Completely unhelpful and unresponsive"
These travel agents are terrible! They gave me a voucher but were no help at all when I tried to rebook my Virgin Atlantic flight. Their responses were slow and they seemed uninterested. I ended up losing my cash because the voucher ran out.

We just wrapped up a month-long journey through NZ and San Fran, and we worked with Harry and Jimmy. From the get-go, their communication and guidance were top-notch, helping us find the simplest route while considering our needs. All our flights and connections were spot on and reasonably priced.
